Besides presenting you with the quote for your project, he is responsible for letting you know the products that are available and appropriate for your home. He knows how to transform your house into a showcase. Quality Assurance Manager The Quality Assurance Manager is a customer advocate. His entire career has been in the remodeling industry. He has been instrumental in setting the benchmarks for excellence throughout the industry. His sole concern is to see that from Sales to Production you are pleased with your experience. He is available if anything troubles you during the process, and will contact you at the end of your project to ensure your satisfaction has been met. Installation Manager Our Installation Manager schedules the pre-installation measure and inspection, along with your installation date. She will also coordinate the materials and labor needed to complete your job, and works with the Field Superintendent and Pre-Construction Consultant. She is your main contact during your project and is always ready to discuss the project’s status and details. Pre-Construction Consultant The Pre-construction Consultant will visit your home before the project starts. He will take final measurements for production. He will also review the contract with you and confirm all the details have been covered. His 15 years of experience in translating work to be done into specific set of requirements gives him the ability to treat your project with care. He inspects the existing conditions and determines the type of labor needed to complete the project in a manner that meets your expectations. Field Superintendent The field superintendent supervises the crews that are working on your project. He has 25 years experience in carpentry and related crafts. He will visit your job site to inspect not only the craftsmanship but also to check on your overall experience. He is available if you have any questions or concerns during your project. He is in charge of training and supervision and is a major element in ensuring your work will be done to your satisfaction. | |
